We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases, including but not limited to: Digital or physical books E-books, workbooks, journals, or downloadable resources Coaching sessions (1:1 or group) Consulting calls or strategy sessions Digital products, courses, trainings, or workshops Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Change of mind Scheduling conflicts Failure to use or complete the product or service Dissatisfaction with content that was clearly described prior to purchase Technical issues not caused by us Coaching & Consulting Sessions All coaching and consulting sessions are non-refundable. By purchasing a session, you are reserving time, preparation, and expertise. Missed appointments or no-shows will not be refunded. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must follow the terms communicated at booking. Failure to attend a scheduled session does not qualify for a refund.
